Here is a report and update as we prepare to close out this school year in July. We had a great year with 74 enrolled in the first semester and 70 enrolled this past semester.

We are also expanding our class schedule and will be offering seven courses next semester with the addition of afternoon classes beginning at 3:30 on Monday and Tuesday. Because of additional courses offered, we now have overnight facilities available next semester for commuting students who may need to stay overnight on Mondays and Tuesdays.

God blessed our first conference, the Baptist Heritage Conference with over 80 in attendance. We averaged 50 in attendance at each of the six sessions and served over 220 meals. Over 25 preachers from South Mississippi attended with many more lay people from several churches.

Our graduation service was held in May. Six students were awarded the Certificate of Biblical Achievement and one student also received the Certificate in Biblical Backgrounds. One student, Roger Tucker, went home to be with the Lord two weeks before graduation after battling cancer. A special service was arranged for him to receive his certificate two days before he passed away.

For all our friends and supporters, we say Thank You so much. And to the One who makes all things possible for this ministry, Thanks to the God of Heaven for His blessings!
